The hotel was located well, surrounded by plenty of local restaurants and cafes that I could easily visit. the hotel's staff was generally friendly and accommodating, making my stay hassle-free. The hotel offered great amenities such as free Wi-Fi and continental breakfast, which were very convenient during my stay. the hotel's location was perfect as it was very close to many restaurants and entertainment options. I loved being able to walk to nearby attractions without needing to rely on transportation. Another advantage was the room's cleanliness and comfort, as the bed and linens were soft and cozy.
My Christmas stay at the hotel was marred by the poor treatment of the staff by management. I witnessed an incident where a manager publicly berated an employee over a parking issue, and it made me uncomfortable to see such unprofessional behavior.
